- MUST be current resident or property owner of Whitewater Meadows
- Business must be legal and in good taste.The Association reserves the right to reject any submission that it deems inappropriate
- Residents conducting business in the community in breach of restrictive covenants will not be permitted to be listed
- Residents MUST be a due paying member and up-to-date with said payments for the last 2 months, new residents will be required to make due payment in advance for the said period before listing
- Each submission will undergo an annual review to ensure information is up-to-date and terms of use are been adhered to
- This is a free services offered to all residents, as such the requirement to be in good standing in regard to dues should NOT be considered
as a payment for this service - Residents are NOT allowed to make a submission on behalf of anyone else, or state you offer services that you don’t actually offer
- The Association reserves the right to change the terms of service at any point as it deems fit
- We reserve the right to allow paid listing for non-residents/ property owner at a later date, those will be appropriately marked
- Information summited will be placed online on a public platform and thus will be publicly viewable even outside the community
- Inclusion in the Whitewater Community Business Directory does not imply endorsement, approval, recommendation or representation by the Association of the suitability or quality of any business, products or services for any particular purpose or use. The Association accepts no responsibility for omissions, inaccuracies or misinterpretations to the information supplied by the participants in the Whitewater Community Business Directory, or for the misuse of information.
- All transactions are between provider of said products or services and buyer, and not the Association, its executive, non-executive, website developer or its agents.
